One of the biggest trends this season (and always, in our view) is menswear for women. It’s a look that’s simple to infuse in to your wardrobe. All you need is a couple of slightly over-sized button down shirts, a baseball or bomber jacket (convenient, since they’re everywhere at the moment) and pair of lace-ups worthy of any guy’s closet.
When looking for inspiration, look no further than your favourite tomboy icon. Think Kirsten Stewart, Agyness Deyn and 70s era Patti Smith. All these ladies have been known to look just as smashing in ripped jeans and a Led Zeppelin t-shirt as a long, flowing dress.
We’ve got a few especially cool styles that have you channelling tomboy cool including the creeper-esque CLEA, featured here, which looks equally cool when worn with black skinnies or a short skirt. If you want something more classic, go for the PELT or the QUELCH, both will earn you top-marks in Tomboy 101. So, tell us, which boy-ish lace-up sneakers will you choose?
