Dressing for Osheaga (Part 1)

Published 07/25/2013 by

The Osheaga Festival (one of the biggest music festivals in Montreal, if you don’t already know) is just around the corner and you’re probably already wondering what the heck you’re going to wear, because let’s face it, Osheaga is all about music AND style. The key is to go with comfort since you’ll be spending the day in the heat, dancing and singing along with your friends.
Things to remember: no high heels, no flip-flops, no knits. Instead of wedge sandals try some ankle boots. They’re mud-proof and they’ll protect your feet from the feet of other dancing peeps.
As for your clothing, overalls are quite perfect for the occasion because they’re light and have multiple pockets to hide your snacks and cell phone. Finally, a hat is a great idea if you don’t want to end up getting a sunburn on your head. It hurts, trust me.

Now go have fun at Kendrick and Alt-J!
